Thank you for the support :)
Good morning...
Sorry to hear of the frustration. I know stress can affect ovulation and am sure it affects me sometimes. Hang in there...
Thank you ladies. I appreciate your feedback greatly.
I spoke to my primary care physican and she checked my LH, FSH, and several other test and everything looks pretty good. She stated that I am not premenopausal and all my numbers look pretty good and I should just keep trying. I became a little concerned after reading that late ovulation hinders your chances of becoming pregnant.
As the others said it is very common for ovulation to be delayed. This could be due to a number of things including stress, illness, random hormone flux, etc. As long as your luteal or post ovulation phase is normal 10 - 14 or so days you're probably ok. But if you start ovulating later and later or it seems like excessively long or irregular cycles it would be worth talking to your doctor. Good Luck!
Yes, happens to me all of the time. I am on Clomid to bring mine on sooner. It is quite common. Best bet if you are not doing this already is to do ovulation predictor kits.
yep and I have a little girl sleeping right now in spite of it. I didn't ovulate until CD 21 with her! I thought for sure that month was a bust but it wasn't :-)
