May/June 2012 IVFers

Hello ladies, I'm starting my buseraline injections tonight for my 4th treatment (2nd of IVF) and wondered if anyone else is going to be on the same dates, or thereabouts.

I would really like to get a little group together of those going through the same process so we can go through it together and keep each other updated during this hard time :o)

Thank you, I am scared to say it out loud as yet and have not really told my anyone, which is tough as I am so close to my family and my mum and sisters are so upset for us as I told them it was a straight no! I will definitely tell them either way, I just don't want them to get their hopes up too.

Going for my next beta on Monday and I am terrified, but a tiny bit excited....playing those numbers have doubled up!

Hi Ladies...hope everyone is doing well today! Cheekyhalfs, I am so excited about your news!!! An early congrats and fingers crossed, I know you're not out of the woods yet but things are definitely moving in the right direction with those beta #'s increasing!  I am so very hopeful for you!

Welcome to Dcac and qtpie!  As for any symptoms I have had, mostly just sore breasts, cramping (seemed a bit different than AF), headaches, and fatigue.  But these are also all symptoms of the progesterone so it really is hard to tell!  Best of luck to all...

Hello ladies,

Waitingforbfp - thank you so much! It means a lot, I will keep everyone posted :)

Dcac - best of luck to you, I really hope this cycle brings you a special bfp. I've heard ladies on here getting pregnant with 4-5 cells transfers, so good luck ;) ssbd your way.

qtpie - it's tough for me to relate any of my cycle to yours as unfortunately I got quite poorly after ER and I had a severe case of Ohss which I was hospitalised for. So I was in pain, a lot, up until 5dp5dt. At this stage, I was completely convinced I wasn't pregnant. I felt the only symptoms I had, we're the ones I usually get before AF. Again it's hard to say as my drugs and the pain from my ER/Ohss was masking everything.

But please don't be disheartened, I have heard sooo many ladies on here with NO symptoms and surprise surprise, they get a BFP. No symptoms is good, as are symptoms lol...it's all a cruel waiting game really so try not to stress too much!

I did, by complete shock, get a, I'll call it a small bfp....my beta is very low and we are currently riding it out waiting to see if my pregnancy is viable or not. Very very hard times, made even worse by my getting slight aches/twinges here and ther so I'm convinced it's game over...but then I shake myself a little and remind myself it's not over yet.....so I'm hanging on in there!

It's good your tests are coming out as negative as at least you know your trigger is out of your system! Perhaps hold off until 8-9dpt and do another. And even then don't be too down, as my hpt was negative on day 8 due to my low hcg count.

I wish you all the very best of luck, and send LOTS of sticky baby dust all our ways ;)

Hi There,

I have read so many uplifting experiences of a successful pregnancy and I am so happy for all of you.  My heart goes out to everyone who is going through what we all are going through.  But right now, I am going through my own ordeal and could not find anyone who is going through the same experience...I have no symptoms at all.  Is it the obvious? i had 5day early blast 3 embies fair quality transfered.  That I am not pregnant. Or is there still a possibility and that I just need to wait until my HCG appt.  I have read everyone's experience and their symptoms, but none on someone who had no symptoms but was pregnant.  I have read and searched all forums but found no information on my experience. I had 3 failed ivf. one transfer was done day3 i had all the sysmptoms, sore boobs, cramps fq urination but BFN. rest 2 cycle no transfer as they were poor quailty. My only fourth cycle my embies could make it to early blast. nothing to freeze toh.
I did 5dp5dt HPT clear blue digi test. IT was BFN. i guess too early right now. prayers prayers and prayers

Hi everyone

I just found this site today and reading everyone's posts. I'm 38 and my hubby is 42. We are in our first icsi cycle. W had 7 eggs retrieved on Tuesday with 5 fertilising. Today I have 2 embryos transferred. I was concerned that the other three were not suitable for freezing as it sure is this means the 2 they transfers were not good enough.

How did your cells split. The 2theytransferd were split in 4 and 5. I was told they weren't top quality but not poor quality either - so no idea really!!

It is also my late nana's bridal today s hoping she is looking down on us and helping my little embryos along

Good look all
