6dp5dt and BFN

This is my 4th fresh IVF cycle and today I tested negative on a HPT FRER at 4am.  Have anyone here got a BFN at 6dp and then went to have a BFP on another day or a positive BETA?  Feeling like Im out this time and that is all over for me, any encoureagement will be very appreciated.  Thank  you

Hello Sisi, I have been following your progress during your 4th ivf, and am praying you have just tested too early. We have been trying the natural way since our last ivf 6 months ago but are now contemplating another go(will be our 4th too). Its a huge decision because it will take our last bit of savings and we have spent over £15000 so far.I have been taking fertilaid, dhea and follic acid but my embryos dont stick, the last 2 cycles i started bleeding at day 11-13, My husband really would prefer not to go for it, I havnt found many success 4th ivf stories but am hoping yours will be one of them. hang in there, my best wishes Melissaxx

GOOD LUCK!!!  I'm thinking about you!  Some women get a BFP at that time, but many don't.  It's still too early for most of us, as we are all different, and it depends when implantation occured.  I didn't do any HPT this time, actually, I didn't for either of my two previous IVF cycles, I was just so bummed out about it all.  Try not to test, and just go in for the blood test on the day, because until we actually get the word from the clinic, we don't know for sure.  How did your other embies go?

Thank you for your comment, trying to keep my chin up.  Today I am 7dp5dt but did not test, will wait till tomorrow, will post it here so I can keep you informed,  Thanks again.

Sorry, I meant the equivalent of 11 dpo...but that's still early. The earliest HPTs around here are usually at 12 dpo, but most have to wait even longer than that.

6 dp5dt is pretty early. If you think about it it's only the equivalent of 9 dpo.

I tested early, too, though, and got a BIG FAT NEGATIVE at 4dp5dt...but then didn't test again until the day before my beta, when I got  BFP. I now have a beautiful 1-year old baby girl!

It's EARLY! I didn't get my first BFP until 8dp5dt.
