NEW to the site

Good day everyone. I am new to the site. Just completed a IUI on Saturday. This is the 2nd one to be done. We tried IUI about 2 years ago with no luck. I really pray this one takes. We have been ttc for about 6 years now with no luck. We were told that there is nothing wrong with either of us, and it’s just unexplained infertility (That really *****).  Again we have tried IUI's in the past and took a break to try naturally with no luck. I

I guess my question would be I assisted in some minor lifting yesterday and experienced some cramping last not and on into today. Not major but some discomfort. Could that cause any issues. I am trying to stay as positive as possible. I didn't really take the news well the last time I got a BFN.

I am trying not to be so OCD about the whole ordeal and really relax but it’s really hard.

Thank you, I feel much better now still some cramping but not serious. Thanks for all of your assistance and the luck.

I underwent several IUI's last year, and for what it is worth I always got some extra cramps in the days following.  I think the irritation of the catheter and speculum just caused some extra cramping that had nothing to do with a good or bad sign.

I'm not an expert, but hopefully that's all it was and your lifting was just coincidental.

Best of luck with your IUI's.
