Sorry about AF.  I haven't got a positive yet.  I will try third IVF in middle of November.  I do however think that my body responded to the progesterone shot better the second IVF b/c I did not spot and my sore breasts and nausea was worse longer.  Those are side effects of the progesterone.  The first IVF I took the progesterone shots at different times in the morning b/c I had to find somebody to give it to me.  The second time, my DH gave it to me every night at 6:00 PM.  I think that helped.  Still BFN but I have heard sometimes it takes 2, 3 or more tries for your body to respond well to this abnormal procedure.  Your body is not used to producing a lot of eggs at one time.  Then usually your progesterone comes from the ovulated one follicle which we don't have b/c it was taken out during retrieval.  We have to have injected progesterone to make up for that.  I have read that success is an average of 3 tries.  Also, I posted a study that I found about possible reasons that implantation does not occur even with great embies.  Well I hope this helps and good luck!!!

I haven't done IVF, yet. My insurance doesn't cover it and it is so $$$$. I have read great things about using accupunture in conjunction with IVF. The statistics show up to 50% increase in pregnancies when combined. Heck, it's worth a shot if you're not doing it already.

Sorry to hear about your failed IVF cycle.  You're doing the right thing by starting right back up on another one.  I don't know much about IVF but only wanted to wish you luck and hopefully others will respond.
