Need inspiration- Ovulate on own, (no other fertility issues) put on Clomid and got BFP???
I need some inspirational stories please.....
I'm on my 1st round of clomid 50mg, cd3-7 (May12 to May 16) all our tests have come back normal,CD 21 progesterone at 54, FSH 2.3, prolatin very good, HSG came back good, vaginal ultrasound good, DH s/a good, I've always been regular with my periods 28 to 31 days, normal LH surge from cd13 to cd18, we've been trying for 1 1/2 years to conceive...we are now in the 2ww (4dpo) and i really need some positive stories of BFP with clomid when all tests were normal. Please ladies....

Well i'm now loosing hope....my temps have started to decline and i'm now 11dpo....oh well, to yet another month :(
wow, pumpernickelbred never thought i'd meet someone on here who once lived so close...lol. I'm about 4 hours from TO...north way...lol. I saw your post that your O time this month with the clomid...i'm so sorry. I hope you have better luck next month. Keep me posted ok.

pumpernickelbred- I'm sorry your bfp ended in M/C....but if Clomid worked once it should work again for you...wishinging you lots of luck sending you tons of baby dust. And thank you for giving me hope.
owlbaby- yes i have charted and used OPK's for almost the whole time we've been ttc. I've become somewhat of an addicts you might say...LOL You're right, the doctor did put me on clomid for unexplained infertility because all my test and everything is good so there is no real reason that we haven't gotten pregnant. I stopped using the b/c when i was 23 (I was on it for 7 years) ....after that it was just the old "pull out" methode (sorry tmi)....so I do hope that the issue was just that my eggs were not mature enough and that the clomid has made my ovulationg stronger. I did O for sure this month according to the OPK's and the strong O pains so I hope to be one of the lucky ones this month. Thanks for writting, take care, and i hope your second round is a success. I don't have a happy ending yet, but I'm practically in the same boat as you. I just started my 2nd round of clomid... 50 mg, days 3-7. I am healthy, 33, and my DH is 30, very healthy. After being on BC for 12 years, I went off it to cleanse my body and get ready to ttc. Periods came like clockwork, as well as O... then the month we started trying, my period and cycle just stopped. That was october. I thought I was pregnant... but no period til January. Finally the bc effects hit my body. In January I started my cycle again, but it was a bit longer. I O on my own and everything, but we were still frustrated. My dr put me on clomid to regulate the cycle and insure O... I did my first round last month and was surprised that I didn't get my BFP. I'm on round two... hoping and feeling positive.
Why did your dr put you on it? Probably b/c you were frustrated you hadn't conceived after a year 1/2, and he wants to help boost whatever cycle you have. Sometimes if a couple can't get pregnant, it's just labled, 'unexplained infertiltiy'... but there are a million delicate reasons it may not be happening for you. It's so , so , difficult, and so very frustrating. You found a good place for support,many ladies here are going through the same thing you are.
Are you charting your bbt? I would suggest to chart and use opk's while you are on clomid so you can time everything... also have you ever heard of pre-seed? Google it... it could be helpful.

I got pregnant with my first round of clomid....if clomid works,it works like a clock work at CD16-CD14..hope it worked for you....
