Ovulation on 150mg of Clomid?

I am on my 2nd cycle of clomid, the first one being 50mg, this one being 150mg.  What have been your experiences on 150 mg of Clomid?  What cycle day did you ovulate?  Anyone that ovulated on a lower dose but not on a higer dose?  
Any knowledge would be most helpful.

beth0414 - i will talk to her about injections if this round didnt work.  she will probably want to put me on it again though as this is just my 2nd cycle.
mommyin09 - yes i actually o'd on the 50mg cycle, but she upped(sp) the dosage - i didn't even ask her to.  hopefully i can get my progesterone levels checked and she can look to see how many, if any, follicles i have/had.

Hi.  Clomid has worked for me in the sense that I do have follies ready to O when I have my u/s & I am O'ing well according to my progesterone tests.  I'm on round 5 of clomid & will move on to something else, if there's a next cycle ;)  Are you not O'ing at all?  Is that why they jumped it up to 150?  You know, many women get pregnant with clomid, though sometimes it's not right away.  If your doctor feels injections would help you (as beth0414 said), then they'll make that decision after assessing how the 150 works for you.  Since it's a jump up, you may feel more symptoms on this round of clomid.  Good luck to you !!! :)

hi,sorry to say that as for my experience clomid was not successful for me even if i take it at a higher dose..my doc now gave me gonal-f injections..i suggests you can go to a repro-endo to assess your condition regarding ovulation issue..
