tell me all you know about laparoscopy

hi, so bad news for me, HSG showed that both my tubes are blocked at some point. There's free flow on the right one, bo no spillage on either. So my doctor referred me for laparoscopy. How does it work, are you put under general anasthesia, how loong does it take and how lonf the recovery is?
I had a csection 4 years ago so there may be adhesions from that, can they remove them at the same time? How do they unblock the tubes anyhow if it's not drom adhesions?
Did anyone get pregnant after the lap surgery?
thanks a bunch!

i had my first lap 5 years ago and my second one was 2 months ago i got pregnant after my first lap with my lovely boy he is  now 4 years and a half ,,, and yes you will be under a general anasthesia and about how long does it takes ? depends on how much work they will do inside :) but its around 2 to 3 hours maximum and when you wake up i am sorry to say that you will be in pain it just like a csection pain i had my baby with c section just like you :),, but its only a 3 to 5 days then you back to normal.

and if there is any adhesions they will remove it right away and unblocked the tubes and they will do a test to see if the tubes unblock :)

wish you all the good luck
