Sharp pains in Pelvic area 2-3 days past IVF Embry Transfer

This is my 1st IVF cycle. I'm 27 years old with PCOS. My husband works out of town so TTC has been a challenge for the last 2 years. I had 18 eggs retrieved memorial day, and 6 fertilized. The doc said 2-3 transferred would be ideal. My husband and I did 2. We did day 3 transfer on Thursday June 3.  I have had sharp pelvic pains off and on since yesterday. It was worse last night but has since eased up. I am worried that the procedure has damaged something down there. Its not a cramp its a sharp pain that sometimes hurts when I sit or even laugh. It can also cause sharp pains when I go to the bathroom. Sorry TMI. I can't call the clinic until tomorrow because they are closed today. Has anyone ever felt this? It almost feels like I just had the egg retrieval done because thats exactly how I felt after waking up from IV sedation the day of egg retrieval

I also had this kind of pain after egg retrieval and I think it was a mix of feeling sore after the procedure and over-stimulation. It was painful to walk, to sit straight and to even pee. It turned out that I had a case of OHSS and developed fluids that were pushing down on the bladder and down there. Also developed ovarian cysts.
The mixture of all of this made me sick and had to be on bed rest for few days.
Women with PCOS are at greater risk of developing OHSS but I hope you do not experience it though because it's not fun!
I would call the doctor's office tomorrow and tell them exactly how you are feeling so they can figure out what's going on but in the meantime, try to relax and keep your feet elevated and hope you feel better soon.
