donating eggs

I am 39 years old and have four healthy children. two years ago I had a partial hystorectomy (uterus only). Now I am wanting to help other couple's have their own children. I wanted to know if I was to old to do this? I have seen where they only what someone from 18-31. Is this true?

At 30, I would even be on the "old" side :) It sucksss, but your eggs are 6 months older than you are. So, your eggs are probably 40 by now. It is the sweetest thing, though, for you to want to help others.

That is wonderful you want to help other couples. But like you I also read that they prefer women to be younger in order to harvest their donor eggs.
