Post IUI Quesitons

I am sooo discouraged!  I have been Oing normally pretty much the entire time I have been TTC. I normally O later in my cycle. But since I have had my HSG, LAP, been on clomid and this cycle femara.. It keeps getting earlier. Last Sunday, I had an U/S to check my follies with femara.  I had one my bad side that was 7-8 and one on my good side 23.  I got the trigger then... and had my 1st IUI Monday (30 hrs. later).  The day after my trigger, the morning of my IUI my...my temp was high for me.. like an after O temp. I think it was because I got up to use the potty and I kept tossing and turning, the tirgger injection site was hurting really bad.  The day after my IUI, my temp dropped tremendously. Then has gradually gone up from there. On my monitor, I got a peak reading the day of my IUI and the day after. Then wed it went to high and today it is low. Did I really O?  Good news is that my nurse called Wed. and said the doctor wants me to get bw.  She wants to check my progesterone.  That will tell me if I O'd right? What's a good number? But question... why is she checking it on CD 19?....only 4dpiui....ohh I am rambling.. please help!

I'm pretty sure with that level you still o'ed.  Don't worry.. it isn't over yet.  Give it a chance.

Best of luck to you.

Progesterone was only 9.5. Start suppositories tonight. I asked the nurse if that means I didn't even O...she really didn't answer my question.  So... I guess there's no chance this cycle? I don't get it... I always O. I still don't understand... why did I test so early? This was 4dpiui ... and I don't think I O till the day after... I think Im only 3dpo...

With hcg trigger more than likely you O'ed. I guess anything is possible but unlikely that you didn't.  Did your dr take blood the day of trigger?  If so, he would know whether or not your body was already starting to O on its own.  I wouldn't worry about the early high temp, it could be anything or completely random.  I have had temps that only crept up after trigger and ended up getting bfp.  Don't get discourage.  You had a nice big ripe follie on your good side.  Everything you needed for a BFP so now it is just the twwaiting game.

Oh honey, I'm almost certain you O'd...My monitor will do Peak for 2 days, one day high then the next low... You got your trigger, so there is no reason you wouldn't have O'd especially when you always O... The progesterone will tell you if you O'd or not, but it will also tell if you need to be on progesterone supplements to support p/g...
Good Luck and quit stressing lol!! I know, much easier said than done :-D
