Pregnant and heavy bleeding-from MEDS??????

I am 4 weeks pregnant, transfer was on 8/5/11.  I am home alone and went to the bathroom and blood just started pouring out of me.  Tons of clots.  I think I am miscarrying.  I called the Doc. he said to come in tomorrow and that it is not a good sign, but 1 in 4 women have heavy bleeding when on the meds.

I am so scared right now.  No one is home with me and I am panicking.  Has this happened to anyone else, but no miscarriage?  Please help if you can, anything to calm me right now.

The bleeding has stopped, very light cramping.  When I go to the bathroom and wipe, there is red blood on the toilet paper, but none in the stool anymore.

Please pray for my appt.in the morning that everything is ok and it was the meds or just some other reason it happened.

Thanks for responding.  Very sad right now.
