i have 2 ques. is there a best sexual position to get pregnant with my tubes being tied? and how will i know if i am pregnant with my tubes being tied?

I don't think you can get pregnant with your tubes tied. you have to get it reversed first. but if pregnacy does happen, I would say missionary position is the best way to get pregnant. and lay there for like 20 minutes
If your tubes are effectively tied, i.e., there has been no reconnection (and reconnection is very rare), no position is better than any other.
