trying to conceive

I just got off of my pill Thursday will be two weeks. I bled for two days and that's all. We really want to have a baby. How long does it take to get pregnant when you get off the pill? I am 25 and so ready. Are there things to do to help me get pregnant?

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
After stopping pills your body may take 2-3 months to adjust to the changing hormone levels.Birth control pills do not affect the fertility of any woman. A woman can conceive anytime once she stops using birth control pills. It is suggested to consult a gynecologist before using any pills. A clinical examination and evaluation is important for detecting the exact cause of your symptoms .Treatment will depend on the underlying cause. Do consult a gynecologist. Hope it helped.
Best luck and regards!
