Sometime I have pains!!

My first surgery was a laproscopy in 2007 and he  said the dye wouldnt go through, and the HSG before that had some leakage, I saw it on the screen but it was very little. October of 2008 I had another Lap done and he removed my left tube and two cysts on each ovary. After the surgery.. I've been having little twinges of pain when i ovulate once a month ,it has been so painful I have even had to take a pain reliever, like aleve or something. I went to a regular OBGYN and he started me going to the RE April to prepare for IVF and such. But never really focused on the pains i was having.. It happens everytime I ovulate.. Im thinking PCOS, or endometriosis. But they did pelvic examines. Also the last surgery he cleared up my other tube from scar tissue. For instance my period is due 30 or the 31st of this month,,, Im having menstrual cramp pains yesterday and today... Does anyone have symptoms like this????

Sounds like your just having ovulation pain, VERY typical & is a GREAT sign.  I wouldn't worry, & stay away from pain relievers, If your ttc then you should only be taking tylenol for that kind of pain.
I KNOW ovarian pain!!!  I also had lap done, removal of left tube/ovary & a HUGE ugle endo cyst 9cm!
BUT O pain is the kind you want, it should only last from a fw minutes to several hours.
