AF is early...again! Final attempt coming up...

This is my 2nd month of injectables with IUI.  AF showed up on cd25...last month was cd26.  Both months my IUI was done on cd15.  I am taking Vitamin B6 to help lengthen my lp...Obviously, it is not working for me.  
I am off to the RE office this AM for a clearing ultrasound.  Here we go again...  This is probably the final month of meds and such.  My RE recommends three months before moving on to IVF, which we will most likely not attempt due to expense.
Any other suggestions or meds out there that I should ask about to help lengthen my lp?  I really feel this is my problem....My dh has fabulous SA numbers and my numbers are good also...Unexplained fertility is so frustrating!  This has been the first month that af coming has really made me incredibly sad....For the last two years, I have always said "Well, there is always next month..."  Now I am saying "There is ONLY next month...."

I am sorry about your AF coming!  It is sooo frustrating every month!  It will be good to just try natural for a month then maybe you can try the meds 2 more times or so... I wish you the best of luck... lots of baby dust coming your way! =)

Maybe it is a good thing to take this cycle off so you can see what your body does in terms of lp and so forth. I am on a break this month as well, and a bit relieved b/c the meds affect my mood and body so much.

I am not in your position, but I am 36 and know there are limited options and time frames. Having "unexplained" fertility issues must be maddening! My FSH and LH levels are switched, thereby deeming me as someone with PCOS even though I have no other symptoms.

Please don't look at this as your last chance. You are still young, and circumstances can and do change. That may sound trite, but it is true. As long as you have hope there is hope.

Well, I just got back from the Dr.  I have to take this cycle off due to some follicles still being present.  On one hand, I am glad for the break (and so is my booty!)....on the other hand I really do not want to waste any time....
The nurse practitioner said to have a short lp is common when on the meds if they did not work....In other words, if I did not get pregnant, the meds pretty much tell the body to go on and have a period and get ready for next time.  So,that made me feel a little better.

Clomid extended my LPby about 4 days....  You probably tried it already but I thought I told you.  
So sorry about AF  :(

hi, its really bad esp when AF turns up before time....i just feel GOD has decided the best time for each one of us but it would be so much better if we knew when it wud be!!..I hope it clicks for u this cycle...
