High Progesterone Levels??

Ever since I had my daughter 2.5 years ago my cycles have been predictable.  By predictable I mean that my bbs become excruitatingly painful from the day of ovulation until about halfway through AF.  It's AWFUL!  I have also noticed that I feel VERY nauseous on the first heavy day of AF.  After reading around online I kept coming across "high progesterone".  One website said high progesterone can lead to low pregnancy rate when TTC. Maybe that's our problem?  If so, what can be done about it?  I don't have an RE or even an OBGYN right now.  Would something like Fertilaid help regulate my horomones?

Anyone been through this?

Yes, I would definitely try the Fertilaid, it has vitex in it (among other things) which is to help regulate hormones.  Surely it wouldn't hurt, but maybe you should research vitex online and see what you can find.

Good Luck!

Yes, I guess I could talk to my primary doctor.  That's a good idea!  I am strongly leaning towards trying fertilaid...I have read it can take 1-3 months to regulate your hormones and since we're not TTC for another 3 months I thought it would be good to start it now?

Well i cant say i no if i have high progesterone levels, but i do notice after ovulation i get soore boobs, cramps and twinges, signs and symptoms that make me think hey, mayb this is the month, but for the last 3 cycles i get this.

Before starting on anything Amy you should actaully just go to your primary care physcian and ask them to do a progesterone level, i think it has to be drawn like so many days after ovulation, not sure of the correct day. Primary care physcians can do some things, like blood draws.  I had my PCF draw my hcg levels after my m/c until they were at 5.  Sometimes you have to be persistent with the PCF
