Trying to stay positive 4 Pregnancy

Can anyone help or have any information that may help me????
I am 44 (soon to be 45) i just found out today that my FSH is 16.4, i only have 4 follicles (still waiting on the results of the egg quality) and i have 2 uterine tumors about 3 cm each... I would like to know if anyone has been in this situation because my RE dr has told me that my chances are slim to none at this point??? so i am really feeling heart broken and not sure if i should pursue fertility. This is my first time taking any of these test and knowing anything about this subject so any information is welcome........Thanks :)

Yes - yesterday was my initial blood work up and - you know i just didnt know all about this.  I never looked into conception at all. I just figured i could naturally conceive, so when i tried after i got married last year it didnt happen, and that's what prompted me to look into this.  so my journey is just beginning and I really hope that there is something available for us.  And i haven't come to a decision as to how far I will pursue this..But since it is in the early stages of everything then - right now i am trying to remain optimistic.
Thanks so much for responding because I really needed to get some support on this, because the initial information i received from my RE broke my spirit a bit...So today is a good day and here is some baby dust back to you <:::::

THanks for the well wishes I really appreciate them.. I was thinking about IVF and i know it is very expensive.  Not sure if I will go that route, and not even sure if that is an option at this point. I will find that out probably next week when i go back to the RE.  Good Luck to you and thanks for the support.

I am 45 in 6 weeks & also TTC, i haven't yet got the results of my tests, & so far have only done blood tests.
The journey that we are on can be heartbreaking, equally it can be elating, in the end you need to decide what you can & are prepared to cope with, whatever you decide, there are some wonderful people here who will give advice & support.
If you need to "chat" just send me a note

My fertility story is a little different, but just wanted to wish you good luck :) Unfortunately, considering your age and FSH levels, your chances are somewhat low, sorry... However, if you are determined to have your own child and are willing to put a lot of money into fertility treatments knowing your chances (this stuff is expensive!), I don't see why you shouldn't give it a try. IVF would probably be the only reasonable option. A lot of women in that situation go straight to donor eggs, but that's a personal choice. Best wishes :)
