Tubal ligation 8yrs ago - 1st time I've been late

Hi,

Im 34yrs old and have 4 kids... After my daughter I had a tubal ligation done immediately following the delivery. I believe they cut and stitched (??) I was extremely fertile!! You could cough on me and I'd get pregnant ; )

Anyway, my cycle is every 26 days. The only time I've ever missed a period is if I was pregnant (before my tubal) I was suppose to start on 6/15/07 and I still havent yet (5days late)! My last menstrual period was 5/20/07.  I took a HPT and it was neg. I do have some pregnancy symptoms.. nausia, fatique, cramping.. and slight vertigo at times. I read someone elses post that their HPT didn't show positive until 6weeks - right now I would be calculated as 4 weeks 3days... would there not be enough HCG to show up on a HPT? Even though its the one that says "Now know sooner....5 days before your missed period"?? Is it possible that I'm pregnant even after all this time?

OMG!  We are going through the same thing!  I had my tubes tied August 2007.  I have ALWAYS been regular with a 28, no later than 30-day cycle.  My last period was weird, it started November 23rd with brown spotting for 2 days.  On the third day I bled a little more red for about 5 1/2 days which was long for me but the bleeding was not heavy like it usually is.  On the December 1st I felt nauseous at work and went to the restroom only to find a pink spot in my underwear which I only noticed that ONE time that day.  Three days later, December 4th I had a couple of light pink spots in my underwear.  My period should have started December 21st, no later than December 23rd but I have not had my period yet with only 2 days left in this month.  I have never been late for a period unless I was pregnant.  I already have 3 children so I know what pregnancy feels like.  My breast have been sore off and on.  It's not my usual "my period is coming" sore breasts.  It's kinda like the dull achy pain I got after delivering my children and the milk was coming in.  I took at test this morning that was negative.  I have been getting mild cramps off and on for about 1 to 2 weeks now.  My back aches at times and so do my hips.  I feel like something is not right and it feels like pregnancy to me.  I don't even feel like my period is about to start.  Yesterday I felt lightheaded and dizzy and just didn't feel well.  I just wanted to sleep and that is what I did.  My period is now 8 days late and that is so out of the norm for me.

I'm 25 and I have three kids and I had my tubes tied (clamped) right after delivery of my daughter. I'm 3 weeks and 3 days late. I'm having hot flashes every night,having to use the bathroom alot even having to get up in middle of night to go. My hormones are out of wack and I'm moody and edgy all the time,my breast are tender and I have heart burn especially at bedtime. my stomic is bigger and I'm a small person so normally my stomic is usally almost completly flate.I have no cramping or no signs of starting. I also took a hpt and came out neg. but I took it when I was only a week late.this month is almost over only 2 days left and I was suppose to have started the 5th of Dec..  I see alot of people are going through what I am. My periods are regular usally. I go to the dr. tomorrow to find out what is going on. I hope everyone finds out. I know one thing its not menopause,I'm too young !

i see you posted this a few monthes ago im in the same boat now tubes tied after 4th child and it has been 10 yrs.  i feel very pregnant  breasted sore eating like a pig and negitive testes can you let me know what happened with your problem thank you im freaking out!! kim
