Do you think i am pregnant, please read and help me

hello Ladies,
me and my husband are trying to get pregnant since last year with no luck, i am 30 and husband is 32..
our first IUI faild and on april 14 did the 2nd IUI, my period is not due till april 30th..
i've been having lower back pain since the 2nd day of my IUI and since last night i've been having cramps and very spre breasts..
what do u guys think, i really hope i get positive results this time..
any help will be appreciated..i am going crazy over here :)

I've been pregnant 3 times so I definitely remember my symptoms if I compare them to my IVF. Well during my 3 pregnancies from 1st marriage. There were no symptoms. No breast tenderness, no pain what so ever. That's when I knew my period was not coming. Another thing that I would check was the vaginal discharge. Well right before you get your period you get a white thick discharge. I was completely dry. Zero discharge and that's how I knew. All of my 3 children were planned via calculating my ovulating day. They are now 18, 15 and 10. I've been married for 8 years 2nd marriage but IVF is different and don't know the symptoms. You are trying IUI which is basically not invasive as IVF so check that premenstrual symptoms are not there and check for the vaginal discharge. That one is always the one that gives you the idea if you are or not. I found that discharge in all of my 4 IVF tries. That's when I knew it was not a (+ive) sign. Hope this info help you.. and forgot to mention that my IUI was natural cycle, please ladies i would love to know your stories and experiences so that i can learn from you guys

it's nice to have people you can talk to about this sensitive stuff, can't talk about it with my parents or friends..

it's hard to tell, especially since pregnancy cramps often mimmick pms.  But I wish you luck and baby dust

It's definitely too early to tell either way, sorry :(  Keep yourself occupied until your preg test; that usually helped me! My test is May 3rd... Good luck!

Good Luck to you! It is so hard during the tww because we are so overly aware of every little thing with our bodies. If you used a trigger before IUI the symptoms could be from that. Hope you get your BFP!
