Unusual bleeding

I had an ectopic pregnancy with part of my tube removed in December. We conceived using Clomid. This was the 5th pregnancy with 4 mc counting the ectopic, using Clomid. My doc said we needed to wait for a few months to ttc again. I started my last cycle a week early and ended a day earlier than usual. I started spotting a couple of drops of blood on wiping yesterday. I have noticed mild nausea occasionally for the last couple of days. The doc removed lots of scar tissue during my surgery. I am concerned that something could be wrong, but even more concerned that I could be pregnant. Help!

I am hanging in. My doc wants my to do a hpt on Thurs 3-7. Going to be hard to wait. Our previous pregnancies were all conceived on Clomid, so not sure if this is what is going on or if my body ovulated on it's own finally. Waiting (impatiently) to see.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
HI,
How are you? I understand your concern regarding your symptoms. Spotting can be caused by hormone changes, illness, as well as gynecological issues like polyps  and possible implantation bleeding. To ease any anxiety and to rule out pregnancy, it is best that you take a serum pregnancy test and have this checked by your attending physician for proper evaluation. Take care and do keep us posted.
