Embryo Transfer Success

Just wondering if anyone's had success with an embryo transfer ending up in a pregnancy and weighing approximately about 180 to 185 pounds or more.  I will be going for my embryo transfer in the next few months and am concerned about my weight being an issue (182 pounds).  I am walking about 4 times a week and I am trying to loose weight in the meantime and also being as healthy as I can, but does anymore have any other pointers on what to do when getting ready for a transfer.  This may be our last chance at a baby and I'm very anxious and want to make sure I try everything in getting prepared for it to finally make my wish for a baby come true!  Hope to hear from all of you.  Take Care my friends!

Oh BTW, if you are fortunate enough to have embryos to freeze,  and do have to do more then 1 cycle, the cost for the ET is MUCH less : )

I did a FET with donor eggs last July, First ET ever, and got pregnant.  I ended up m/cing at around 9 wks, but it was because of uterus problems, not because of the embryos.  We fortunatly had 14 left frozen, and just did another ET on 2/15/10.

Hi~ I started the process weighing about 175, however really put on more weight when we started the bcps and gonal-f injections... I am currently 7 1/2  weeks pregnant and during this whole process gained 30 pounds (in the last 4 months)... if you are walking and healthy I believe you should be just fine :)  The best thing to do is try and relax during the retrieval and transfer process... try not to stress (easier said than done, I know) and have lots of faith!  This is such a great site and awesome resource for anyone going through this process!

Sending lots of baby dust your way!!!
