WHAT DOES LIGAMENTS PAIN FEEL LIKE ANYONE

Hello everyone, just a simple question of what does ligament or round ligaments it may call feels like. Today or actually this afternoon rather when i was making dinner i stood up for about 20-25min and i started to get these pain particularly on like my lower back it feels like but not completelt sure im just not sure. Its not severe but noticeaable; please let me know thank you so much. No bleeding or cramping in abdomen just concern, thank you

Exactly like the above post but for me it was my front way down low. When i stood up quickly.   It scared me too and i asked the dr but he said it was from just the ligaments stretching

Forgot to add: it only lasted a few seconds, then went away.

well, for me, it mostly happened when I got up from bed too quickly, mostly on my side. It felt sudden, sharp, like something stretched and ripped on the inside.
