unable to conceieve

Hi Dr

I m 26 now and trying to conceive from last 6-7 months but every time i get negative results. I jus wanna know what was the problem. I married two years back. In our first year my husband used condoms but from 2nd year we took natural precautions for 2-3 months by ejaculating outside the vagina. I have undergone TSH also. but its normal. Please suggest me something in my diet or in positions or any herbal medicine so that i can conceieve.
My mensuratial cycle is also proper. I am having periods after 30 days or 1 or 2 days befor sometimes.

so please help me out.

well, we are also TTC for abt 6mon(march) with no luck. i used pre-seed lub for 2 months, but that didnt work as i expected. But b4 i brought pre-seed, i went thru alots of success reviews. may b who knows that may b work for you. so i will still recom pre-seed lub over other lub like KY. Ovulation prediction kits are helpful. you can aslo use an online ovulation calender(google) that will gives you your most fertile days acc to your cycle. well, most of my tests came as normal, so just curious about my husb sperm counts, so we aare going to do a semen analysis after 2 weeks. Using an ovulation predictor kit can help you make sure you are having intercourse on the highest fertility days. Also, be careful of lubricants and saliva - both are harmful to sperm. There are a few lubricants out there like pre-seed that does not kill sperm. You could try taking your basal body temperature also, that can give you a lot of information about your cycle. It can take awhile even for a young, healthy person. Don't worry, just give it time. I think they say the average is 10-12months. Good luck.
