Why can't I have another BABY?

Here is my story.I am 26 years old and have two children.My first baby was born 2 months early and passed away when he was 4 1/2 weeks old.He had some heart problems.Then in 2000 I had a beautiful baby girl who is know 6 years old.My husband and I have been trying to get pregnant for almost 3 years now and nothing yet.I have had two miscarriages but no baby yet.I don't have any ins. to go to the doctor.I am also RH- and I'm thinking that that might have something to do with my miscarriages.Could someone please help I really want another baby as does my husband.And my daughter really wants a brother or sister.And it just kills me when she will ask when am I going to have a brother or sister.And I have to tell her that we are probably no going to have another baby.Thank you for any help that you can give me.

i been tring to have a baby with my boy friend but i try i have almost 2year tring  i have no baby i gone to the dc. and nothing he just said keep on tring  but no answer

I have tried all of that.But nothing seems to help.And the ins my husband owns his own business.And we don't make enough to pay for ins and we make to much for Tenncare or Medicaid.But what about the RH- factor could that be hurting me?Thank you for helping me.

As long as they gave you a shot of Rhogam if your last baby was not Rh - then you should be fine. I am Rh negative and during my d&c I had to have a rhogam shot so it wouldn't interfere with my next pregnancy.

I am very sorry for all that you have been through. If you were previously a patient with a dr office, you may be able to call for some input. However, you may need to look into getting insurance before you get pg ... I am sure you know that having a child can be incredibly expensive without insurance (even if there are no medical problems).

Have you tried using OPK or BBT? How are you following your body to know when you O to ensure that you bd at the right time? How many times are you bd'ing around O (daily, every other day, once per week, etc.). Give us a little more info so we can key in on the advice.
