Question about AF and meds

Hi Ladies,

Does anyone know if IVF affects AF at all?  I should probably say if the IVF meds affects AF.  I go for my blood test tomorrow, which I am so nervous about because I haven't had many pregnancy symptoms.  My AF was due today (28th day) although I usually get it earlier then 28 days.  I have no sign of AF at all so I'm really taking it as a good sign that I could be pregnant.

Thanks!

I wish I knew, sorry :( But, I really hope she's late because you're pg. Let us know when you find out!

Hi Tina-

That's okay.  I've been looking up progesterone online and I found one thing that says the suppositories can delay it.  I'm doing the injections so I'm not sure.  Anyway, I will definitely let you know tomorrow.

Thanks!

Well I looked more and found out any which way you take progesterone, it could delay AF.  So I don't think it looks good for me because of the fact I don't have any symptoms.  I'm definitely thinking that the progesterone is delaying my AF.  My level went down from feeling really positive and happy about tomorrow to being negative and sad.  I'll let all of you know.

Thanks ;(
