OPK question

I'm just wondering about OPK's.  If I have 2 lines, with the test line being faint...does this mean that ovulation is coming soon.  Or is it just a faint line?

thanks...i knew the stuff about the lines being the same (from the manual in the box) :)  I just wasn't sure if the fain line was leading up to ovulation!

For an OPK to be positive the lines have to be EXACTLY the same or the test line can be darker.  Some people's OPK's gradually get darker as Ovulation approaches and some people's don't.  You should check out the website www.peeonastick.com and you will see examples of positive and negative OPK's.  I hope this helps.

Good luck!!

It is an indication that it will be soon. Some days I will get faint lines several days before O and some sneak right up on me and turn + the next day. A true positive is when the line is as dark as or darker than the control line.
