I haven't heard a stat that high before. My clinic (apparently) has the strongest results for both IUI and IFV in Canada, but they told us 10-15% and one person said it may be 10-20%. They said the IVF success rate jumps to 50-60% for someone in my situation (unexplained infertility.)
However, would love to hear others' stats and insights! Considering the odds is something my DH and I are working through right now... how long to go through IUI (and the emotional/physical/professional strain as time passes) or to go to IVF (much greater success rate, but financially devastating... so much to think about!)
Hello Sonjapike,
In general Re says the chances of success of IUI is about 25-30%, well am sure many factors contribute to the same...
Good Luck and lots of Baby Dust
