bleeding after positive beta via fet

Hye ..
i had 2 embryo transfered on 2nd of may .. i was on cyclogex 400mg b.d support and on progenova .. my blood test was due on 12th may that came positive 3oo.. after few days on 19th may there was a brown discharge .. i went to clinic in anxiety n fear but they only prescribed Duphastan 2MG Twice daily n advised to discontinue it wen it stops.. i was still v tense so i went to a private clinic for scan .. on abdominal scan there was a gestational sac .. that dr told me only one is implanted ... after duphastan my discharge disappeared after a day .. i discontinued duphastan .. after a good relief of two days .. when on 24th may i wake up due to severe cramp . I rushed to washroom n there were drops of blood falling down .. i was devastated .. i went to clinic .. they again didnt noticed it n said to wait n watch till 6 or 7 week .. i started cry that im bleesing n u r ignoring it .. then one senior dr came n did my transvaginal ultrasound .. n told me there is a gestational sac n fetal pole .. no heart beat is seen as it is too early .. then she advised me to start taking duphastan n continue it n she also prescribed inttamuscular injections IVF-C every 4th day .. she advised me to come after 2 weeks for scan .. my bleeding decreased n stopped in a day n today im just having yellow staining on tissue wipe .. now my worries are .. these two week period is v ling for me .. im v tense  .
I want to ask few questions here from old ivf patients or experts in this forum ..
what was the cause of that bleeding ?
was that due to progeaterone defeciency coz that bleed stopped after duphastan ?
Why there was not heart beat at 5th week transvaginal ultrasound ?
Was i miscarried or that was just an incident as i stopped bleeding now ?

Bleeding in early pregnancy can be quite normal, unfortunately.   I bled from week 6 to 16 of my pregnancy, pretty much every day.   My twins are almost 4.

Heartbeats usually aren't detected until close to 7 weeks    Try not to worry.   It sounds like things are progressing just as they should.

Congrats!!!
