can you get pregnant after getting your tubes tied and burned ?

I had my tubes tied and burned almost 3 years ago. Now I have missed almost two periods. I have the cramping, lower back aches, hot and cold spells, mood swings. Everything for a period but nothing is happening. Can I be pregnant ? Or do you have a idea on what is going on ? I have a doctors appointment tomorrow. But I can't wait. i am going nuts waitting. Can you help me out on some answers ?

i to know how u feel i mean i want another baby so bad and my soon to be husband does not have any kids at all and we want one together but see when i had my youngest daughter in 2007 i was kinda mind tricked into getting my tubes clamped and now that my daughter is 5 in march ive been praying for a few years now that i get pregnant but every month my period comes for a few days and than goes but every month i pray and pray and pray so i know how u feel hun trust me i will pray for you and everyone else that is going through the same feelings as me and you take care

My name is Jimmylynn. I'm 21 years old i have 2 beautiful kids. Bradly my 3 year old son and McKenzie my 4 month old baby girl. i got my tubes tied right after i had my daughter so 4 months ago. im 2 weeks late on my period. i took a pee test and it came back positive, went to the clinic and did another pee test and it came back negative. so now im waiting for my blood tests to come back. is it possible to be pregnant and having a healthy pregnatcy  while having your tubes tied?
