What does it mean when your cervix is low & closed and yesterday was my highest fertility day according to an ovulation app? I checked last night and then again this afternoon and it was slightly softer & slightly softer.
It means your body is not "on cue" woth the app. The app calculates according to regular lredictable cycles, which bery rarely happens with women. The app is not an end all be all for keeping up with your cycles. If you want better accuracy, use OPKs or a cycle monitor. So relax, it just means your cycle is not the same as what the app predicts it to be. No worries. But if you are fertile, your cervix will be high, soft, and open. When it gets low, hard, and closed, you are not fertile.
