concerned about BETA numbers....please read

I am about 4 and half weeks gestational, Tuesday beta was 242 / Thursday Beta is 400 is this ok??

Nurse said they like for it to double, which would be around 480 to 500, so they want me to come back Monday to double check it.

Anyone have any ideas about these numbers, she said Doctor said it's good, it's still about 60%, but now hubby and i are concerned :(

now if only the cramping and back ache will subside....

It's real mild and sporadic but still freaks me out...

Yes - I was just going to say what AnnieBrooke said.  The numbers should double every 48-72 hours.  I think they look good.  Best of luck to you!

It should double "every 48 to 72 hours."  You're fine.

you mean times as in AM/PM...?

couple of hours difference, Tuesday was about 9-15am and today was 7.45 am... so not too much.

I am trying to not worry about it too much, I did read that HCG does not HAVE to double every 48 hours....

Were they done at different times?  Try not to be concerned.  My second beta tripled and the 3rd was just under doubling.  I'm almost 17 weeks.
