First IUI need help please

Hi all,

I am on day 17 today and on jan 10th i had my Lap done. It was successful.. one cyst from left ovary removed and the doc said i had a tight os... now i am on my follicle study and follicle size is 22X18 mm and the endometrium is 8mm... the follicle has not ruptured yet and tomo is day 18.... if it ruptures tomorrow i will have my iui done as told by doctor.... now i want to know are things normal with me... will i have success in iui..... please let me know.... i am very worried.... please ladies help me...

hmmmmm i am too waiting for the same..... my doc said this shot is a step higher than hcg shot.... so i am not sure either.... lets wait....

That is all you can do :) When do you test? I wil be anxiously waiting to hear some good news from you. I'm not familiar with the shot you did, I did the HCG shot. Good luck and hope to hear from you soon.

Oh thanks a lot..... i know we need a lot patience for this especially.... i am into the waiting period and have promised myself to be calm and happy....

Like plummer43 said, there is no way to tell if it will work. IUI works well on some (I was a lucky one who got pregnant on first try and I also had male factor along with my own issues) and others do it several times with no success. Try to stay calm and positive, the waiting is the hardest part but you will know soon.

hey i forgot to mention that i was decapeptyl injection two....so that my follicle would rupture... my doctor said that it is the next step to giving hcg....

I'm assuming you are not using a trigger shot.  There's no telling if iui will be successful.
I am on my 3rd. I triggered last night and will have my iui on Monday. I do know all you need is one and some good sperm! Don't stress, that's just not good for you. Think happy thoughts and keep it positive! Your follie seems nice and big. DONT WORRY!
