Which date is more likely?

I am happily married and we have a 3 year old son together.  I recently found out I was pregnant and we were so excited.  However, my family seems to think that my husband is not the father.  The reason behind this is because i went to another gentleman's house about 5 days before my conception date and evidently that means I had "sex" with this man.  Even though I know the truth, my husband is now beginning to doubt this baby belongs to him which makes me very sad.  I'm trying to convince him that we conceived that one day (which was the only day in that menstral cycle that we had sex), so I need your help.  My first day of my last period was November 24th.  I was at this gentleman's house on December 4th and my husband and I had sex on December 9th.  Is there any information that you can give me that will help me convince my husband that we conceived on the 9th and that this baby is definately his?

Bam is right.  Unless you know when you ovulated there's no way to "prove" it just by the dates alone.  Sperm can live for up to 5 days only so if you knew when you ovulated and it was several days more then that since you were at the other man's house that might help...good luck...that's a tough one.

My sister had a similar problem recently (only indeed she was guilty).  She found that there is a way to do a paternity test while the baby is still in the womb.  I think she said it was less then $500.  As far as your dates go, I don't know that anybody could make a determination, especially without knowing your typical cycle length.  Take the length of your average cycle and subtract 14 from it.  That would be your average day of O.
