BBT dropped after Ovulation

This is my first month charting, so hopefully I am doing it right.  I take my BBT orally every day at around 630 am.  It is usually around 96.8-97.0.  Then it went up to 97.2-97.4 around day 19.  It stayed up there for about 6 days and then came back down to 96.8-97.0.  I have not gotten AF yet.  I have had cramps though since the drop.  Does anyone know why this would happen?  Should I be concerned?

usually the temp rises a day or two after ovulation and then stays up till you are near AF..if the temps stay high upto 18 days after ovulation , it is one of the indicators of pregnancy..usually once the temps start dropping after ovulation, it means you should be getting AF soon...good luck!!

But will the dip last for like 5 or 6 days?

Although a random dip or spike is not uncommon, some people do get an implantation dip when they're pregnant...and with the cramps, too, maybe that's what it is! I sure hope so! Best of luck!
