after ovulation is this normal??

Hello everyone! So I have a question about ovulation. I have been ttc for about 6 months now and nothings happened so far. I've been tracking my cycle on My Cycles calendar for about 2 months and have just started using OPKs this cycle. Today I am 8dpo I ovulated on Feb 12th and it seems for about the last 4-5 days I am extremely tired by about 10am. Is there some kind of hormone issue after ovulation that makes women tired after ovulating? Any similar situations or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks so much!!

Progesterone level of 6-7 is an indication that ovulation may have occured.
Progesterone level of 10 or greater is a Positive that ovulation has occured.
Higher the progesterone level, stronger the ovulation.
You probably had a very strong ovulation. Some women have had their progesterone level as high as 30-50.
So, that is also indeed an hormonal change which can cause you to feel tired.

Thanks for your comments and advice!! I have two children already but don't remember much about my early pregnancies since I didn't even really have to try with them lol. I'm not necessarily indicating I could be pregnant just because I know it's way too early but I am wondering if the actual occurrence of ovulation can cause hormonal changes which might be making me tired?? Thanks again ladies for responding

It is still too early to predict or come to any conclusions regarding hormonal changes in early pregnancy. Most, if not all pregnancy symptoms are related to hormonal changes in your body and dont occur until after 2-3 weeks. Though, one cannot rule out the possibilities of feeling tired, exhaustive, sleepy in the first 8 days (if there is any). There are other early symptoms such as implantation bleeding or vaginal discharge that may occur in early pregnancy. These symptoms may not guarantee pregnancy either, as there could be other reasons for this to happen.
Testing for pregnancy after a missed period is all we can do to confirm. I understand, waiting is the hardest and most difficult part but unfortunately, that's the only best option.
Good Luck.... Hope & pray for the best :)
Cheers !
