Hi there!
If the tube is partially blocked and not totally then there is a risk of tubal pregnancy or ectopic pregnancy. Abdominal pain in early pregnancy should be taken seriously. It can be a sign of miscarriage or ectopic pregnancy if also accompanied with other symptoms like spotting etc.It is best to consult a gynecologist and get your doubts clarified. A complete clinical examination and ultrasound will be really helpful. I do hope it helps. Keep us posted.
Take care and regards!
