Getting pregnant again after a loss

I lost twin boys due to twin to twin transfusion syndrome at 19 weeks, I was induced inorder to deliver, my placenta did not detach and had a D&C to remove it. It was very rough and forceful. I got my period back 6 weeks after the loss in January, and it has been regular. We have been trying to get pregnant again and I believe I am not Oing. I always used to have all the stages of CM, now I have very little and no EWCM. I used to have sore breasts and now I don't. I have been doing my BBT and OPK's and it looks like I am not Oing. It has been 4 months of this. Could this be a result of the D&C? Do D&C's cause infertility? I am frustrated because when we got pregnant with the twins it happened the first month of trying. So my question is where do we go from here. I am 31 so do I have to wait a year of trying or since I had a known problem in November would the DR. deal with me now?

I also miscarried in January at 20 weeks, the doctors to not know the cause, they determined I was carrying a healthy baby girl.  this has been the worst experience of my life cause I to want children more than anything in the world.  My husband and I recently wanted to try again, but I had a period 35 days after my d&C and have not had another since and it has been 45 days.  I tracked my ovulation with the ovulation kits and it was positive at the beginning of March and I have not had a period, but I am not pregnant.  The Ovulation test also said I ovulated yesterday, but who knows cause I never got a period from the first time I ovulated.  I also got pregnant fast, on the 3rd month of trying.  Now I just want to get my cycle somewhat regular to try again.  I am so sorry about your loss, I can relate to how you feel.  It is like torture waiting.  I constantly see people around me getting pregnant and wonder why does this have to happen.  I hope all the best for you and will pray for you!!!!

I had M/c at 10 weeks (it only took 3 months) and nothing since.  I'm 34 and when I went to NEW DR she moved right along.  Scheduled a HSG after my 1st visit with her since she said I had 2 issues--age and crazy cycles  since divorce3 years earlier.  they say in 30's all you need is 6 months of trying and most Dr's will move on as tiem is a factor.  good luck and super sticky baby dust
