First time help

So I need advice. I am to go for my extraction on this Thursday. I am completely nervous. The nurse said everything looks great, but still really nervous due to the fact we've been trying for almost 3 years, done 3 IUS, all unsuccessful. It is unexplained infertility and this is our last option due to financially drained and stressed out. Any advice or anyone else going through right now would be great.

Going today for extraction. I've been cramping like crazy, hasn't been this bad since high school. Hope all is going great in your world. I will post after procedure. My hopes are high and good thoughts.

Hey Jen - as nurse said everything looks good, which means, you must have made good number of eggs with mature follicles in there, so retrieval will go well and the output will be very good, and accordingly the following steps will also be successful, wish you a happy smooth pleasant process over all, keep us posted. try to calm down. and enjoy the process step by step imagining a beautiful baby.
