FET-7days post transfer

So this is my third try at pregnancy using IVF, the first 2 fresh cycles did not result in pregnancy. I had a frozen transfer on 10/2 and took a pregnancy test last night and it was positive, I know the docs frown on this but I was certain it would be negative.
My question is, is it too early to be excited? I am currently on progesterone suppsitories, and estrogen by mouth.
Do these either of these meds contain HCg that could give me a false positive????

Thx.

That's wonderful news!!! Those tests are very accurrate according to labcorp who does my bloodtests and the time mine showed up faintly positive it was verified by bloodtest to be correct.  Best of luck witht your pregnancy!!!
