its calle evening primrose oil and you can buy it from a chemist or even some supermarkets have it in with there vitamins,  its for pmt, also helps with menopause symptoms and c/m,as well as a few other things, start with 2 caps (2000mg) a day and if you dont notice a change in a month do 3 a day, also increase your fluid intake as well

uou probably wont have stopped ovulating if your still having your period regularly,  c/m can dry up for several reasons and if you have noticed it doing so and you think you can pin point it to when you started smoking and drinking, that could possibly be the reason as these two things arnt on the healthy list and our bodies can react to them, if you can stop, see what happens, you may notice it increasing  again, alternativley you can try evening primrose oil as this has been known to help increase fertile c/m, also as we get older our c/m tends to dry up abit as well
