I had my twins at 45. (using donor embryos). I had a great pregnancy, with no complications. I say...go for it!!! There are 2 ladies over 40 on here that are preggers now. Plumber45 and 1biologist.
You are at a higher risk but this is something that you will have to discuss with your doctor.
