Most doctors say to wait 3 regular cycles for your body and heart to heal. But I had a miscarriage february 11 and my first cycle just ended and my RE doctor has booked me in again for a FET in june. So i will only have one more cycle before that...They say for dating your next pregnancy you should wait till after your first cycle after

That is something that is best answered by your physician/obstetrician.  Different doctors will tell you different things.  I have had a few miscarriages and I have been given so many different answers.  One dr. says it is safe to try right away if I'm emotionally ready, another says to wait one month to know that everything is working properly again, and another says to wait 3-6 months.  So, that's why I say it is best to speak to your physician as they know more about you than we do.  Different factors may affect their decision (like whether or not you had a d&c, if you have miscarried before, if your uterine lining looks good on an ultrasound, etc.).  Best of luck to you...I know how badly you probably want to start trying like TODAY.  My personal opinion - NOT MEDICAL OPINION - is that your body will do what it wants to do regardless of when you get pregnant...but that's just my personal opinion.
