BFP with Multiples from 2 5d FET
Hello all, I am new to this site. I started posting questions after my first IVF during my 2WW, and it was driving me crazy! My blood work was this morning. I wasn't expecting an U/S, however, when I arrived they told me that my dr requested the U/S in addition to B/W. The nurse made a point to tell me that it will be too early to see anything & they will compare my lining of my uterus with the labs.
The tech took one look at the monitor and said you have 3 gestational sacs. It looks like one embryo split into two, so u have 3! I have a photo!
I almost fell off the table. My husband didn't accompany me, because we thought it was just labs & that we would get our results later.
I'm still in shock. We have been through so much with my adneyomyosis & 3 failed IUIs.

So our new schedule is to use LupronDepot injections for 4-5 months and then do the FET. I guess it will give me time to exercise & de-stress!
When Aunt Flo started on 11/22 it never stopped! My hemoglobin is so low I can barely walk up a flight of stairs. Since I had 4 blood transfusions last year my dr is determined to bring my hemoglobin up naturally...with lupron & iron supplements. I'm also taking my pre-natal vitamins.
I had my first lupron injection on 11/27. The bleeding finally stopped after they put me on birth control this week!
Feeling discouraged. What does anyone think about using a surrogate for our last embryo? I really don't want to go through Another egg retrieval...

I didn't have fibroids, but glad to hearthe Lupron will shrink it. When are you looking at starting?
My doctor says there is a 7mm fibroid in my uterus. And she doesn't think I have adneomyosis. She also said the LupronDepot injections should shrink the fibroid and we can transfer the embie after that, or surgically remove the fibroid.
Has anyone gotten pregnant with fibroids and used LupronDepot injections or surgically removed them?

Happy Thanksgiving to you too :). I did Lupron with my fet, although I know some don't... Let us know how Monday goes!!
Awesome! I have adneomyosis...which is a bit challenging. We have been using LupronDepot injections to calm my uterus & bring my hemoglobin back to normal after my cycle. We will do an ultrasound next Monday after my cycle to see what it all looks like. I'm wondering if we need the LupronDepot injection?
I made an appointment for acupuncture on Wednesday morning and I will also get a supply of herbs. My Chinese dr says this along with LupronDepot is healing my uterus!
I think those Chinese herbs & Acupuncture really helped, because my periods are usually ten times worse than this. My flow is regular, my pain is constant, but not severe.
I drank Chinese concentrated herbs that flushed out my kidneys & liver. It also cleared the old blood from my uterus. I have been anemic for 3 years.
Simultaneously, I had acupuncture sessions for 6 weeks once a week. 3 weeks before the transfer we stopped the tea and I begin having twice a week acupuncture sessions.
On the day of the transfer, I had a 45 min session before and after the procedure. I then had one session 3 days later & then one more before my results.

I have heard good things about acupuncture. It's up to you. I didn't do it and still got pregnant.
I did acupuncture both times. But I only did two sessions. The first was half an hour before my transfer and the second was immediately following during my resting time.

I don't know...a lot of us on here do (did) them. It seems to have worked for me. It's so hard to tell what does help and work and what doesn't. Maybe if you don't wan t to stop, you could cut back on visits?
Stupid hormones is right! At least my breast went down. They were heavy like bricks and sore! What I can't decide is if I will do acupuncture again. I am still wondering if the acupuncture sessions helped a little too much with blood flow in my uterus.
I don't know. My periods are awfully painful and I loose a lot of blood. My doctor will either put my on lupron for two or three months to get my hemoglobin back to normal and calm my uterus down before we try again.
A break will be nice though. I'm still healing from those progesterone injections! My husband and I are going out tonight and I plan on having a glass a good wine! It's been soooo long! Be blessed!

Stupid hormones!! Whenever we want her to show she is mia...do you think you will do your frozen right away? Or will you take a break?
I am sorry for your loss but try to stay hopeful. You have tons of support on here. :)
