irregular periods after hsg test

Hi,

I always have very regular periods.I am 28 yrs of age.I had HSG test 2 months ago and after that i am having very irregular periods.I have not changed anything in my lifestyle or food habits and i have not taken any medications.I think it is due to HSG test.I asked the doctor and she said that it is not possible.Does anybody else have the same experience?

Thanks a lot.But i am very worried about my irregular cycles just after HSG test.Today is my CD 20 and i have not ovulated yet.I always used to ovulate on 14 days but since i got HSG test done i am having very irregular cycles.I am pretty sure that it is due to the dye injected in HSG test. Doctor is telling me to take provera to get my next periods but i don't want to take these harmful medicines.I don't know what to do? Can anybody please suggest me anything?

I too have same problem.I am also 28 years old and had HSG test 2 months ago.
We are diagnose with unexplained infertility.
My doctor also said that its normal.
So dont worry.
