BFP?

Hello.  I had my first IUI this cycle.  I am 13 dpo today.  I have been testing with dollar store tests the past 2 days, and getting really super faint lines.  I tested with fmu this morning with FRER, and got a faint line almost immediately.  It's definately there and definately pink.  I don't want to get too excited though.  Shouldn't the lines be getting darker?  How soon should I call my RE?  I'm not due for af until tomorrow.  Any comments or advice you have would be appreciated!

It sounds good like a positive. Keep testing , they say to wait 3 days and it should be darker. Best wishes for you!

I never got a dark line with $ tree tests or any other test for that matter...they were all faint lines!  I did get a "pregnant" with th clear blue easy digital test but many women on here have gotten false negatives with that one....so I'm not sure how accurate it is.  I went for blood work yesterday (13 dpIUI) and it confirmed that I am pregnant!  So, don't fret at the $ tree faint line.   I would definitely call your RE right away though!  Best of luck to you!

Hello!

My RE always wants me to call the day AF is due if I have a positive pregnancy test, and they'll do a stat blood test.   I'd call today and just tell them you have positives, if they mention the trigger tell them you know it's out of your system because you tested to see how it metabolized, and you would like a blood test.

O ya and I tested with the dollar store brands 8dpt and I got faint lines.  The line only got a little darker each day.  I took and digital and got the words PREGNANT.  I thought the lines from the dollar store would have been darker because my levels 13dpt was 330.  So I think you definitely have a BFP...and CONGRATS once again!!

HI, there... we are in the same boat.. i tested with FRER 2x and I get faint lines..but the lines apper right away and its pink so i downloaded it and let the ladies see here and they assure me its BFP.

So let me congrats you on your bfp...a line is a line and I dont think they get so dark though...as long as theres a line its BFP......GOODLUCK and CONGRATS!!!

look like you will be a mommy.  faint line or dark line still indicate that YOU'RE PREGNANT.  congrats.

Thanks!  I'm really afraid to get too excited.  We've been trying for almost 6 years, and this would only be our second pregnancy.  The first ended in a D&C at about 8 weeks (almost 2 years ago).  So I'm really nervous.

Oooooooohhhh!!!! It definitely sounds bfp!!! I have never gotten a false pos nor evap on an FRER!!!! CONGRATS!!!!!

I did have a trigger, but I took a test early to make sure it was out of my system, and it was negative.

FRERs don't get too dark too fast. But, a faint line is definite Hcg detection. Did you have a trigger? I am very excited for you, but cautious of the dreaded trigger residual.

I'm not sure..this is my first IUI cycle too...I tested the other day and got a BFN, I wanted to test early to see if the trigger shot was out of my system..I would either call the RE and see if it's too early or wait until tomorrow...and test again. I know someone that tested early and got a BFP and she is pregnant.....
