MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi there,
Regular periods are an indicator of an woman’s fertility.Stress, anxiety, rigorous exercise, eating disorders, thyroid problems, ovulation dysfunction and hormonal fluctuations all can lead to irregular and delayed periods. You should contact a gynecologist and get evaluated for above mentioned possibilities. Treatment of the underlying cause will help you in conceiving faster. Do keep me posted.
Best luck and regards!
