I haven't had a chance to start taking it yet because I'm waiting to see my doc one last time from the ectopic I had in Nov. Once I get a ok from him I'm going to start taking it. The info I gave was what I read

I tired maca root myself and it worked for me but then my obgyn suggested prenatals and it helps to regulate my menstrual and maintain my fertibility once i was off of the depi shot which i only took once! Since i've started taking the orenatals i can feel a difference in my sex drive,my mood,eating habits an my energy level us alot better! I hope this helps sis. Peace and love
