Sarah,
First off I am deeply sorry for what you are goin through. I have not experianced an ectopic, but I have suffered a M/C. And it is so emotionally draining on your heart and your body.
As far as when you can try again I would say when you are emotionally healed. Women get PG all the time with only one tube, I have only one tube and one overy and I am currently PG. You should probly wait till your monthly cycles regulate again to start to try, I think it is your bodys way of telling you OK. Most Dr. reccommend waiting 3 months after a M/C to start again. I feel it is a personal choice. I'm not sure of statistics with Ectopic but I do know they are rare and your chances of having them back to back is very slim.
I wish you all the best dear and hope God gives you the strength to get through your time of sorrow, Just remember time heals.
