period not stable
Morning, am using this application for the first time. Please I want to know I'd it is ideal for a woman trying to get pregnant, sees her period and not flowing well ? I mean my flow is suppose to be for 5days but came the first 2days stopped for 2days and came lightly on the 5day. What does that simply means please help cos am confused.
Sometimes we just have 'off' periods. This can be caused by stress (especially if TTC), change in weight or diet, a hormone imbalance.
Doesn't have to mean anything. Sometimes our bodies just change after a while and our cycles change. I wouldn't say you have anything to worry about.
